Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and help attract qualified talent for a leading organization. This position is ideal for a driven, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong ATS skills, and a self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels and techniques.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring partners throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience required.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
• Experience with Workday, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or a similar ATS is acceptable.
• Agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Driven, self-motivated professional with a strong sense of initiative and a history of achievement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full hourly pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
