Job Responsibilities

• Aid in diagnosing surgical conditions through scrutinizing imaging and lab results
• Work in tandem with surgeons to develop and implement individualized surgical treatment protocols
• Offer real-time support during surgeries, including room preparation, patient positioning, and instrument management
• Ensure exemplary pre- and post-operative care encompassing medication distribution, wound management, discharge considerations, and patient education

Education

• A Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Surgical-related clinical rotations strongly preferred

Certifications

• A current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• Required state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant

Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of surgical methods and aseptic protocols
