Ag-Tech | Senior Product Manager We are working alongside our client in the Ag-Tech sector to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a farmer-facing digital platform focused on improving farm profitability, operational decision making, and adoption of sustainable farming practices. Location Germany or Remote (EU) Travel Regular HQ, farmer and customer visits across Europe The Role Responsible for owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a farmer-facing digital product. This role will work closely with farmers, agronomists, engineers, modellers, and commercial stakeholders to build solutions that drive measurable value for agricultural businesses. Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for the farmer platform. Lead product discovery directly with farmers and agricultural stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering, design, agronomy, and modelling teams to deliver high-impact product features. Translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions. Drive product delivery and execution across cross‑functional teams. Balance user feedback, scientific requirements, and commercial priorities. Develop and improve product management processes and delivery cadence. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth. Support the development and mentoring of future product team members. Partner with commercial leadership to ensure alignment between market opportunities and product direction. Requirements / Qualifications 5–10 years of product management experience. Proven ownership of a product line, platform, or major product area. Strong understanding of agriculture, farming operations, agronomy, or agricultural technology. Experience working with technical, scientific, or data‑driven products. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver products from concept to launch. Strong customer discovery and user research capabilities. Experience operating within fast‑paced technology environments. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
