Program Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on cybersecurity operations, engineering, and compliance for federal government clients, specifically the Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). This position is onsite at Washington, DC . The Program Manager will lead planning, scheduling, and execution efforts across a classified IT environment, ensuring program success through precise scheduling, estimation, and cross-team coordination. Responsibilities for the Program Manager include: Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 tools Coordinate with team leads to track progress, allocate resources, and proactively identify risks and delays Communicate milestones, critical path updates, and deadlines to stakeholders and leadership Prepare cost estimates based on schedules and present findings to leadership Lead risk and requirements boards, collect inputs, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of contract requirements Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include: 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a federal or technical environment Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, and technical environments (Microsoft, Linux, Splunk, Ansible, Tenable, GEMS) Strong scheduling, estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) preferred or equivalent experience; PMP or formal project management training required Active Top Secret clearance (investigation within the last 5 years) or DOE Q clearance Compensation for the Program Manager includes: Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law #J-18808-Ljbffr
