ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a developer role that handles a breadth of problems across different tech stacks and departments. You will build and maintain internal tooling across the entire company: both in the office and outside in the plant. This is not a traditional corporate software engineering role, your team will be small and you’ll report directly to the leaders of the company. You’ll own the development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, implementation, and maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Collaborate across departments to build and maintain internal tooling.
• Communicate costs, risks, and trade-offs clearly to non-technical people.
• Utilize agentic tools such as Claude Code to understand and build and maintain internal tools.
