Responsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliTo provide a professional level of care to all special projects/liliCoordinating projects with clients, operations, and clerical team/liliDeveloping rates for larger projects up to a predetermined threshold/liliProviding weekly status updates on ongoing projects to management/liliProactively identifying and communicating areas of opportunity such as rework, damage processing, returns processing, relabeling, account reset, etc./liliSetting up work areas for projects/liliEnsuring all supplies etc. are prepped and ready in advance/liliWorking with customer service to ensure the product involved in the rework is tracked timely and accurately throughout the project/liliWorking with operations management to arrange manpower/liliSetting up work methods for projects and ensuring team members perform accordingly./liliSetting productivity expectations and monitoring status/liliConducting quality audits/liliReporting results to operations management/liliEnsuring work areas are clean and organized at all times/liliWorking with operations management to ensure projects are accurately and completely billed/liliFill out returns inbound tally sheet/liliSeparate damage from good product/liliInspect product/liliAlways working in a lead by example manner/liliPerforming small projects independently/liliWorking as part of the team on larger projects/li/ulpThe successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:/pulliKnowledge of standard inventory control procedures for the industry, shipping and receiving procedures/liliGood verbal and written communication skills/liliGood computer skills specifically with Excel, Word and Email/liliHigh school education or equivalency, higher education preferred/liliRegular manual labor including lifting, placing, packing and numerous repetitive tasks depending on the project/liliPercentage of time spent in warehouse: 95%/li/ulpHourly Rate: 22.00/p/div
