Maintenance Project Development Lead - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

The Maintenance Package Development Lead manages the maintenance package development effort for capital projects, including development, delivery, and implementation of maintenance activities required to establish effective maintenance plans. Including strategies, project engineering resource loading, timing, cost management.Long term contract.Hybrid to start then onsite full time in Richmond.Must Have:Pharmaceutical manufacturing site experiencePrevious experience within capital projects or site expansionsGreenfield or Brownfield is a plusExperience in maintenance strategy development, RCM, and CMMS integration within large capital project environmentsCMRP or project management certification preferredKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure maintenance packages meet procedures, specifications, and planning requirementsCommunicate MPD requirements to project stakeholders earlyDevelop MPD cost estimates and execution strategiesDefine site-specific maintenance requirementsCoordinate between GFD, project teams, and Owner/User groupsImplement and manage MPD tools and databasesDevelop RFPs, evaluate bids, and support contract awardsOversee MPD service providers and contractor performanceReview and approve maintenance deliverablesAudit CMMS data for quality and completenessTrack progress, report metrics, and manage MPD scope changesComplete MPD project closeout documentationImpellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
