Unit Size: 8 beds

Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Call, Call-Back: $4/hr, 1.25%

Requirement description: DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER WHO WILL NOT TAKE CALL MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY! 10/12hr shifts are NOT available for this need - DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER WHO WILL NOT WORK FIVE 8HR SHIFTS!

• 5 years current CST experience [REQUIRED] - NON NEGOTIABLE [REQUIRED]
• General, Gyn, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho (inc total joints) Neuro/Head/Spine and Trauma experience [required]
• MUST BE ABLE TO PRECEPT [REQUIRED]
• C-Section, ENT, Plastics, DaVinci Robot experience [preferred]
• NBSTSA [REQUIRED] (NCCT not accepted)
• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
• Travel experience [REQUIRED] - NON NEGOTIABLE. First time travelers will not be considered
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• 2 recent supervisory signed references required - NON NEGOTIABLE
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal.
