Overview
Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC in Bedford, NH. Start date 06/15/2026 for a 14-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting. Weekly pay range: $1,456–$1,588 per week with guaranteed 35 hours. Shift: 08:00–16:30 (5x8 days). This assignment includes an increased rate as noted in the job notes. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support for physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT, including therapeutic exercises and gait/transfer training
- Assist with treatment sessions, cue patient participation, and monitor patient response to therapy
- Prepare and organize equipment, apply modalities as directed, and ensure a safe treatment environment
- Document patient progress, communicate outcomes to the PT, and contribute to updated treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to coordinate care and uphold infection control and safety standards
- Support quality and regulatory requirements through accurate charting and routine data collection

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility in New Hampshire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
- Ability to work in a LTAC/SNF clinical setting and participate in a travel assignment
- Prior LTAC or SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Commitment to a 14-week assignment and ability to travel as required
