Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of treatment plans tailored to patients’ rehabilitation goals. Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities to enhance physical function and promote recovery. Ensure proper application, monitoring, and adjustment of various treatment modalities. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and pain management techniques. Monitor progress, document results, and collaborate with the supervising physical therapist to adjust treatment plans. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current license/certification in the state of practice TMC is an equal opportunity employer.
