Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities:The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activitiesMay work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc.Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metricsProactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiencyAssist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI’s and submission of annual departmental budgetsAdhere to the company’s standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements and promote and model a culture that reflects the company’s values and competenciesTravel up to 50%Other duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
