Position Overview:

Restoration Lead will oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work

and client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management

skills, and strong leadership abilities. The Restoration Lead will coordinate with clients, subcontractors,

and internal teams to execute restoration projects eciently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead and supervise restoration projects, including fire, water, and mold damagerestoration.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Participate in an after hours emergency service On Call Rotation.
• Any and all other tasks and duties as assigned by the Restoration Division Manager.

2. Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process.
• Provide clear and regular updates to clients regarding project status, expectations, andany changes.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

3. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of restoration technicians and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and ensure high performance and
• morale.
• Oversee the training and development of team members to enhance their skills andknowledge.
• Participate in at least two community service events per year.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards.
• Perform quality control checks and verify that all restoration work is completed tocomply with all IICRC industry standards.
• Address any deficiencies or rework as needed to meet client expectations.5. Resource Management:
• Coordinate the acquisition and utilization of necessary materials, equipment, andresources for each project.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure their work aligns with project goals.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope of work, estimates, changeorders, and completion reports.
• Prepare and submit project reports and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restoration or construction management, with a strong background in fire,water, and mold damage restoration.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
• In-depth knowledge of restoration techniques, industry best practices, and relevant safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work eectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficient in using restoration software and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC certifications) are highly desirable.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Construction Management,
• Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Work Environment:
• This role involves working both in the oce and on-site at various project locations.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various weatherconditions, and navigate construction sites.
