In this dual-role position, you'll play a critical part in winning new business and delivering projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals for new and existing clients Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth project execution Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for accurate estimating Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep work on schedule Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project Review contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance Requirements Proven experience in project management and/or estimating in a related industry Strong understanding of construction, facilities, or service-based project workflows Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and technical documents Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision About Us Services By J National LLC is a trusted service provider based in San Antonio, TX, known for delivering quality results and building lasting relationships with our clients.
