TERRITORY MANAGER, Texas – Equipment Division As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships while developing and expanding Drive Products’ Equipment Division, which includes brands such as Voth Truck Bodies, Kargo King Roll-Off Systems, Bigmax Roll-Offs, and Tradesman Tool Boxes. Responsibilities Maintain current customer relationships and continuously seek new customers. Be knowledgeable of the assigned territory, including all truck equipment product lines. Understand the marketplace and potential for each product along with complementary product lines. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs can be met by specific products and services. Emphasize product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and sell value. Prioritize conflicting responsibilities, manage time effectively, and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment. Build weekly plans and make a high number of calls per week with managerial support. Travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel when necessary to make sales calls. Qualifications Strong willingness to learn. Exceptional customer service skills. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of truck equipment and hydraulics an asset. Computer‑literate with proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
