About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. This senior operating role is pivotal in turning strategy into execution, building and maintaining systems to keep the fast-growing team aligned, and leading company-building projects that are essential for scaling. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the VP of Operations, a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, and will take direct ownership of high-stakes initiatives. Responsibilities include protecting executive focus, owning company planning, running the operating cadence, driving cross-functional initiatives, and being a key point of contact for investors, partners, and vendors. The role demands a hands-on operator with strong business and financial fluency, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 3-7+ years' experience in a similar role within a high-growth company, with a proven track record of operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an AI-native, exceptionally organized, and systems-minded individual with a talent for clear communication and leadership. Experience in integrating acquisitions, standing up SOC 2, or supporting a fundraise is a bonus. The role requires a candidate who is not only capable of building processes out of chaos but is also adept at automating and streamlining operations. Most importantly, the Chief of Staff should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, and is passionate about taking on the challenges of a rapidly growing business.
