Main Responsibilities

• Bring experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role 

• Work closely with CEO and team leads to lead the firm in a positive direction 

• Partner with CEO to oversee business decisions 

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities 

• Give constructive feedback to team members 

• Lead and organize team meetings with all departments 

• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team 

• Build client relationships in in-person and virtual settings
