About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a contract engagement with a growing Columbus-area organization. This position will partner directly with leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance while supporting employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support business objectives and workforce strategies
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Support organizational change and workforce planning initiatives
• Analyze workforce data and recommend solutions
• Partner with recruiting teams on hiring strategies
• Assist with succession planning and employee retention efforts
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Previous HR Business Partner experience strongly preferred
• Strong employee relations and coaching background
• Experience supporting multiple business units or locations
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
