Bartender

JDK is looking for a Bartender who is responsible for preparing beverages, providing outstanding hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. A successful Bartender brings energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every shift.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Accurately handle guest payments and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Follow all alcohol service laws, food safety standards, and responsible beverage service practices.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with restocking, cleaning, and supporting other team members as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Take initiative and look for ways to improve in your daily work.
• Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.
• Communicate thoughtfully and navigate situations with good judgment.

• Prior bartending experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
