Rosedale is now hiring a bartender with 2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!
Rosedale, also known as Over-the-Rhine's backyard, includes a patio that features two premium bocce ball courts with courtside seating and a number of outdoor games. In the cooler months, crackling firepits provide warmth for guests seeking to retreat to the outdoors. A standing special menu is available and rotates monthly with a selection of beers, shots, and cocktails.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Craft cocktail experience is a must
- Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
- Great communication skills
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Keep a clean workspace
- Must be proficient with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
