Location : Alsip, IL - On-site

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Scheduler for our manufacturing industry client to start immediately at $24/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material supply and optimize operations
Analyze data, prepare reports for the Purchasing Department
Review purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders
Expedite purchase orders to meet delivery deadlines
Monitor inventory levels of select materials
Identify and resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies with accounts payable and suppliers
Analyze cost variances and calculate key inventory metrics
Maintain and update procurement master data within ERP/SAP systems
Participate in creating, placing, and confirming purchase orders

Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment
Knowledge of supply chain concepts and procurement processes
Experience working with ERP systems and/or SAP, preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel
Purchase Clerk experience or related training a plus

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail in data management and reporting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Familiarity with vendor management, sourcing, and quotations
