Senior Financial Analyst - Spine US Commercial

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for the Spine US Commercial division to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for the DePuy Synthes orthopaedic business. The role involves revenue planning, profitability analysis, and financial reporting across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting cycles and evaluate business risks and market drivers with partners
- Develop annual revenue and gross profit plans with timely forecast updates
- Drive operational improvements through cross-functional collaboration and projects
- Generate financial insights and challenge assumptions to support strategic decisions
- Execute monthly sales reporting, Investor Relations analysis, and month-end close activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Accounting or Finance major preferred
- CPA, MBA, or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum three years of finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative approach with ability to work across matrix organizations
- Independent and effective communication with all management levels
