Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing precision manufacturing organization in Naples, FL. This company specializes in high-precision CNC machining and contract manufacturing solutions serving the medical device industrial market. The organization operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with extensive in-house capabilities and maintains AS9100, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 quality certifications.

This is a direct placement opportunity with a well-established manufacturer that has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to stringent quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple manufacturing projects from award through production and final delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and production plans.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and resource constraints.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review project status and drive accountability.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure project success.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and customer requests.
• Track key performance indicators including on-time delivery, quality metrics, lead times, and project costs.
• Support customer audits, quality initiatives, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with production leadership to optimize workflow and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to customers and company leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications Required

• 2+ years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience within CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience supporting medical device or highly regulated industries.
• Experience working in AS9100, ISO 13485, or ISO 9001 certified environments.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
