We're looking for an experienced clinician who doesn't just want another management job.

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a traditional Clinical Director position.

You won't spend your days buried in documentation or fighting insurance companies.

Instead, you'll help build systems, mentor clinicians, improve patient outcomes, develop future leaders, and help shape the future direction of our company.

You'll work directly alongside ownership to help scale Berman Health Club into the premier destination for performance, recovery, and longevity.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor our clinical team

• Develop and improve treatment systems

• Ensure an exceptional patient experience

• Coach and develop younger clinicians

• Collaborate with ownership on company growth

• Help recruit and develop future team members

• Continue treating patients while leading clinically

• Drive innovation in rehabilitation, recovery, and performance

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred

• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred

• Passion for movement, rehabilitation, performance, and longevity

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

$90,000–$130,000+

Compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit.
