Lead Estimator, Complex Projects

Suffolk is a national construction firm seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating of the most complex and large-scale projects. The role covers pre-construction, hard and negotiated bids, budgets, GMP, and value engineering, coordinating with design teams and owners.

You will manage Assistant Estimators and lead a team of estimators on multiple projects, driving cost analyses, risk reviews, and bid quality while representing Suffolk’s core values of passion and integrity.
