Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 100% Commission + Performance Incentives
Expected Earnings: $75,000–$200,000+ Annually

This position includes both scheduled in-home sales appointments and door-to-door canvassing. You’ll have opportunities to close company-provided leads while also generating your own business by speaking directly with homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods.
• Introduce AA Total Painting to homeowners professionally and confidently.
• Identify homeowners who may need interior or exterior painting services.
• Generate leads and schedule qualified estimates.
• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home sales consultations.
• Understand each customer’s needs, goals, and concerns.
• Present painting solutions and clearly explain the value of our services.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Guide customers confidently from consultation through closing.
• Ask for the sale and professionally handle objections.
• Follow up consistently with open estimates, leads, and past opportunities.
• Generate business through canvassing, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company’s systems.
• Meet or exceed canvassing, appointment, and sales performance goals.
• Communicate effectively with the production and office teams.
• Deliver a professional, honest, and trustworthy customer experience.

Requirements

• No painting, canvassing, or sales experience is required, although experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to canvass door-to-door consistently.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to manage your schedule and follow up independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability for appointments and canvassing throughout the Tampa Bay area.
