Clinical Supervisor – IHBTC Community Services - Milford Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time). This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Wayside Youth and Family Support Network's Milford site is seeking a driven, innovative, strengths-based Clinical Supervisor to be a part of the In Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program serving our Westboro, South County and Canton catchment. The IHBTC program is an intensive, community-based program serving children, adolescents, and families referred by the Department of Mental Health. In this fast-paced program, the Clinical Supervisor will assist the Program Director in overseeing all aspects of the program. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to program staff and interns, as well as providing direct care as needed. The Clinical Supervisor is an individual with established experience in navigating behavioral health systems and leading supervisees in expanding their therapeutic skills and interventions. The Clinical Supervisor will team with the Program Director to assure the program is providing high quality therapeutic care that is individualized, culturally responsive, and aligned with Wayside’s mission and values. What you will do: Provide weekly supervision to Clinicians, Outreach staff, Family Partner, Occupational Therapist, Young Adult Peer Mentor, Interns, and any other program staff Participate in In Home Based Therapeutic Care family team meetings Complete annual performance evaluations for supervisees’ Conduct diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans/Individualized Action Plans Coordinate training program for staff Provide face to face emergency coverage to clients when on call and provide back-up to clinicians who are on-call Provide advocacy and care coordination with collaterals as necessary and as requested by families Attend all necessary collateral meetings as required Participate in in-service trainings as offered at Wayside Youth & Family and participate in ongoing educational opportunities as required by professional licensing bodies Participate in Program Quality Management and Utilization Review Review and approve clinical documentation ensuring compliance with Rehab Options requirements Provide direct clinical services to clients, including, but not limited to in-home individual, couple, and family therapy, behavior management and crisis intervention Participate in site-wide and agency-wide initiatives to assure and improve clinical quality Assist in developing continuity of service between other services within Wayside and among collateral providers Perform other functions as assigned by the Program Director Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars: Demonstrates high quality customer service (i.e. the ability to connect with others, approachability, respectful to others) Demonstrates belief in the Agency’s mission and values Demonstrates strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Demonstrates high ability to multi-task through assessing, managing, and adapting to competing priorities Holds knowledge of a broad range of mental health/illnesses, treatment, modalities, and theory Demonstrates knowledge of how to navigate and access behavioral health services and systems, including DMH, special education law/services, and other social service resources Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Knowledge of child welfare, behavior management, adolescent development, parenting issues, individual/family therapy, DSM-V, trauma-informed care, and psychopharmacology Knowledge of reflective supervision Proven ability to manage clinical issues Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another related human services field Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience Minimum of three (3) years experience in direct service with children, adolescents, and families Current valid MA driver’s license and reliable car We will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice; Substance Use Intervention; Risk and Safety Assessment #J-18808-Ljbffr Wayside Youth
