Service Technician

The Service Technician at Oro Ford is responsible for providing expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services in the auto industry. This full-time position requires the individual to inspect and service all vehicles in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The Service Technician works closely with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors to ensure that customers and their vehicles are treated with care and concern.

Salary range: $50,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and repair services for all vehicles.
• Stay current with the latest automotive technology and advancements.
• Follow safety protocols while performing repairs.
• Communicate with the Multi-Point Service Inspectors regarding any vehicle issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with completed vehicle repairs.
• Perform post-service inspections.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces.

Requirements:

• ASE Certification or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
