You will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department within an ultra-luxury environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Human Resources Administration Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding Prepare employment agreements, offer letters, HR documentation, and employee communications Maintain employee files with the highest level of precision and confidentiality Ensure compliance with employment standards, HR policies, I-9 documentation, Workers’ Compensation requirements, and background verification procedures Support and track all payroll-related changes including hires, terminations, transfers, bonuses, and status updates Track and verify employee absences, vacation requests, and leave management processes Recruitment & Onboarding Draft and publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms including LinkedIn and hospitality networks Support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring logistics Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verification processes Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding experiences with a high-touch hospitality approach Deliver structured, polished, and welcoming new hire orientations Build relationships with schools, hospitality institutions, and external recruitment partners Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and cultural activations Organize internal events, celebrations, and employee appreciation experiences Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and culture-building programs Contribute to the enhancement of the overall employee journey and workplace atmosphere Employee Relations & HR Support Promote a culture of support, professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness Support HR leadership in employee relations situations with emotional intelligence and discretion Assist with documentation, follow-ups, conflict resolution support, and case tracking Ensure timely, respectful, and consistent employee communication across all levels of the organization Internal Communication & Employer Branding Design and distribute internal HR communications, newsletters, and announcements Support visual storytelling across internal communication platforms including digital screens, flyers, presentations, and cafeteria displays Organize and coordinate internal communication initiatives and engagement campaigns Contribute to the consistency and elevation of the employee brand experience Personal Attributes : Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence Calm, composed, and highly efficient in high-pressure situations Capable of handling conflict situations with professionalism and emotional intelligence High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset Strong ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and manage workload based on urgency and complexity Naturally personable, sociable, and service-oriented with a strong sense of hospitality and excellence Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish is required. A first experience in HR within luxury retail and/or hospitality environments, where excellence, discretion, and elevated service standards are second nature.
