Human Resources Generalist

MS SHIFT is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all HR operations and will play an essential role in ensuring the company reaches our expansion plans through hiring and onboarding new employees. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement employee hiring, onboarding, and training. Oversee and facilitate all hiring initiatives such as processing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Develop and implement a structure to ensure new hires are integrating well into the team. Manage employee benefits such as healthcare and 401(k). Assist in the development and enforcement of all new and existing company policies. Maintain the record keeping of all employee data. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus. 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. 5+ years of experience supporting functions in a SaaS/tech industry. Experience in recruiting and onboarding is a plus. Experience maintaining employee files and databases, plus employment law and administrative skills. Ability to confidentially handle sensitive information, including performance reviews and background checks. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
