We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Law Firm) to become a partof team!You will beresponsible for managing HRactivitiesfor the organization.
Must have Law Firm Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, valuesand policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit anddevelop qualified candidates
- Coordinate events focused onemployee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participatein the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
- Previous experiencein Human Resources or other related fields
- Experience inconflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employmentlaws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
