We partner with leading brands, ASI and PPAI distributors, and large eCommerce companies nationwide and are continuing to expand our decoration capabilities — including building out a best-in-class embroidery department.

Embroidery Lead (Hands-On)

We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Embroidery Lead to help build and run our growing embroidery department.

This is a working role, you’ll be on the floor running jobs, setting up production, and making sure everything leaving embroidery meets a high standard. As we expand, this role has a clear path to grow into a Manager of Embroidery position.

We’ve invested in industry-leading equipment, including Tajima TMEZ embroidery machine technology, designed for speed, consistency, and ease of use. You do not need prior experience on TMEZ specifically — strong embroidery fundamentals matter more. You’ll run embroidery production day-to-day — setting up jobs, hooping garments, loading designs, and keeping machines running efficiently.

We are focused on contract embroidery, so consistency, quality, and meeting deadlines are critical. You’ll help organize workflow, keep jobs on track, and handle issues as they come up so production stays smooth. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how the department operates — helping build processes, supporting team members, and setting the standard as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

You have several years of hands-on experience with commercial embroidery machines and are comfortable running production independently. Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is helpful, but not required. The TMEZ platform is designed to be intuitive — we’re more interested in someone who understands embroidery and can keep production moving.

You take pride in your work, notice the details, and don’t need to be told when something is off. You’re reliable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you want to grow with a department that’s being built — not just step into something already established.
