HVAC Estimator

The Romanoff Group of Companies , headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with offices in eleven markets covering eight states, are a blend of commercial and residential, electrical, heating & cooling, and plumbing companies primarily serving the new housing construction market. We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the HVAC Estimator position to join our award-winning team. Core Responsibilities: Perform HVAC equipment counts, analyze mechanical installation labor, and create material/equipment lists from contractor plans. Issue, manage, and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) with HVAC vendors and suppliers. Maintain and update project and RFQ logs, track project statuses, and adhere to SOP guidelines. Coordinate review meetings, respond to inquiries, and schedule HVAC project handoff meetings. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of estimating or field experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Wrightsoft, and computerized/digital takeoff tools (preferred). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under minimal supervision.
