Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. As a Specialty Cook, you will:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and specifications.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and preparation.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and other Food & Beverage team members.
- Help ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver the level of quality and service our guests expect.
What you bring matters. Previous culinary or professional cooking experience is preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
