Warehouse team lead

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable Yard and Warehouse Team Lead to oversee yard tracking, assist with heavy equipment operations, and coordinate crucial logistics data. This role requires communication skills, reliable early-morning attendance, and a hands-on approach to leadership on the warehouse floor.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Yard Audits: Conduct daily inventory of trailers in the yard and report findings to the Warehouse Operations Manager and external vendors.
• Professional Communication: Frequently correspond via email and phone with outside vendors and CCT management.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials.
• Hands-on Support: Physically assist with unloading trucks and handling freight as operational needs demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the required early morning shift hours reliably.
• Physical stamina to assist with manual unloading.

salary: $22.99 - $23 per hour
