Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support the full interview and hiring process. This role manages day-to-day recruiting activities, coordinates interviews and candidate communications, and helps create a positive and efficient experience for every candidate. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex schedules, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing team. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA Responsibilities Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed. Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems to ensure accurate and current information. Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support the administrative steps required to complete the hiring process. Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status through phone and email. Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline progress. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to hiring teams. Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process. Assist with additional recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the broader talent acquisition team. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelors degree required Experience supporting scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks in a professional environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting support roles. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort working with scheduling tools and coordinating across multiple calendars. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
