Why This Role Stands Out Lead impactful infrastructure projects that power communities and support the energy transition Own both strategy and execution—from site development through construction support Grow your leadership influence by mentoring engineers and shaping high-performing teams Work across disciplines with experts in electrical, geotechnical, environmental and more Expand your technical reach with exposure to cutting-edge tools, permitting, and sustainable design practices What You’ll Do Lead civil engineering efforts for electric transmission siting, permitting, and design Direct and coordinate project tasks, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment Guide multidisciplinary collaboration across engineering teams Oversee preparation and review of calculations, drawings, and technical deliverables Conduct field assessments, site inspections, and construction-phase support Participate in proposal development, including scope and budget creation Ensure quality through peer reviews, QA/QC processes, and technical oversight Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about both engineering excellence and team development. You bring a balance of technical depth, project ownership, and people leadership.
