P/T - Family Nurse Practitioner- Wound Care

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic wound care team. This role is offered on a flexible part‑time and per diem basis, providing a rewarding opportunity to deliver specialized wound management care to our growing patient population.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for wound care patients. Provide direct patient care, including wound evaluation, debridement, dressing changes, and patient education. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Document patient interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and adhere to established clinical protocols.

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING?

Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in NY Minimum 2 years clinical experience; prior experience in wound care highly preferred. Certification as a Wound Care specialist (CWS/WCC) preferred but not required. (Support available for certification for suitable candidates) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate starting at $110 - $125/hour, negotiable based on experience. Attractive bonus structure based on performance metrics and patient outcomes.
