Sr. Operations Delivery Manager

Abbott seeks a Senior Operations Delivery Manager to lead complex, cross-functional operations programs for its Cancer Diagnostics business. The role involves managing end-to-end execution across multiple sites in a regulated medical device and biotechnology environment, with accountability for product availability, compliance, supply continuity, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional, multi-site operations programs with accountability for scope, milestones, and outcomes
• Align operations, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing functions to support product availability and compliance objectives
• Drive major change initiatives including new product introductions, ERP implementations, and process transformations
• Identify and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and trade-offs through scenario analysis and structured decision-making
• Establish governance structures and performance dashboards providing visibility into program health and senior leadership communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or associate degree plus 2 years experience, or high school diploma plus 4 years experience
• 8+ years of operations, procurement, or supply chain experience
• Demonstrated project leadership and accountability in matrixed organizations
• 3+ years in biotechnology manufacturing with cGMP, FDA-regulated, ISO 13485, and LDT experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally and approximately 10% away from primary location
• Current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
