Location: Richfield, WI
Shift: 1st Shift

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging Line Associates . In this role, you’ll help assemble specialty seasoning kits and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Do

As a Packaging Line Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, accurately packed products every time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling specialty seasoning kits according to detailed work instructions
• Accurately packing seasoning products into boxes
• Labeling, sealing, and preparing boxes for shipment
• Verifying correct items, quantities, and packaging components
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines
• Communicating any material, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors
• Assisting with additional packaging or warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience preferred — but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Bend, reach, and twist as required

Work Environment

• Warehouse and packaging line setting
• Moderate noise levels
• Fast-paced production environment
