Details Acute care hospital setting, Physical Therapy unit 4x10-hour day shifts, Friday through Monday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EMR: Epic Requirements Minimum 2 years of PT experience required Active state or compact (NLC) PT license required at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted — license required if applicable Active BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted Epic EMR experience preferred Driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information 12-hour orientation included with the assignment Daily parking is $15+/day; monthly parking passes are available via on- and off-campus garages and lots ranging from $95–$120/month Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit or affiliated facility (including CHI and/or Dignity Health) within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered American Traveler Job ID #P-717076.
