Medical Records Coordinator
San Diego Post Acute
San Diego Post Acute is seeking a detail-driven Medical Records Clerk to support the facility's records management. You will file, index, and retrieve resident charts, and coordinate with care teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include following policies, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting in audits and reporting.
