Title:- Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager Location - Chicago IL We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead Salesforce delivery initiatives while driving business analysis activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce CRM expertise with Agile project management and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful project execution from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support. Key Responsibilities Manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects end-to‑end. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Collaborate with business users, Salesforce consultants, developers, QA teams, and leadership stakeholders. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules. Monitor sprint metrics and provide project status updates to stakeholders. Support testing activities, UAT coordination, deployment planning, and production releases. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices. Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and release management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–10 years of overall IT experience. Strong experience working on Salesforce CRM projects. Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement initiatives. Hands‑on Business Analysis experience including: Requirements Gathering Process Mapping User Stories Acceptance Criteria Documentation Functional Specifications Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and deployment processes. Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Business Analyst, or related credential). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification. PMP or PMI‑ACP certification preferred. Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce platform products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
