Position Summary We are seeking a Part‑Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing therapy team in the Wichita area. This role involves providing skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatment services to patients in their homes, helping them improve functional mobility, reduce pain, and enhance safety and independence. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and mobility Assess fall risk and implement safety and prevention strategies Evaluate home environments and recommend modifications or adaptive equipment as needed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient responses in compliance with company and regulatory standards Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, safety techniques, and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (required) Active Kansas Physical Therapist license through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) (required) Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Excellent communication and time‑management abilities Compassionate, dependable, and self‑motivated Comfortable working independently in a home health setting Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Schedule Part Time Flexible scheduling Opportunity to build caseload based on availability Benefits Flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads Supportive, team‑oriented work culture Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Competitive compensation Meaningful work that directly impacts patients’ daily lives Work Location In the field — home health visits throughout the Wichita, KS area How to Apply Join a team that helps others thrive — and grow your career while doing it.
