RN Acute Care Cellular Therapies

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a specialized Cellular Therapies Unit, utilizing advanced nursing practices. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Supports safety, quality, and patient wellness through clinical expertise and precepting new staff or students. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, including specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high acuity. Prioritize patient safety and contribute to quality outcomes. Support clinical education and competency validation. Maintain compliance with certifications and licensing requirements. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license and graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum 6 months of RN experience. Certifications: BLS and ONS Chemo Bio within six months of hire. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
