Staff Associate IScott County Young Life is seeking a full-time Staff Associate I to help lead and grow ministry in Scott County, Minnesota, serving primarily at Prior Lake High School. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a healthy, established ministry with strong momentum, an experienced leadership team, and deep community roots built over more than 25 years of ministry. The anticipated start date of this role is July 15, 2026. The Staff Associate will work closely with the Area Director in a thriving area that includes both Young Life and WyldLife ministry. The ideal candidate is relational, self-motivated, spiritually grounded, and excited to build authentic relationships with high school students, volunteer leaders, parents, and community partners.Scott County Young Life is a growing and robust ministry serving students in a supportive and connected community.
