As a Dimensional Inspector, you'll play an important role in making sure the titanium components we produce meet exact customer and aerospace specifications. You'll use precision measurement tools, blueprints, and your attention to detail to help ensure every part meets our high standards for quality.

What You'll Do

As a Dimensional Inspector, you'll inspect and measure titanium aerospace castings to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Measure titanium castings using precision measurement tools.
• Visually inspect castings for defects and properly identify and mark findings.
• Inspect corrective welds, blends, and alterations to verify the part continues to meet dimensional requirements.
• Set castings into fixtures for finishing CNC machine operations.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify visual and dimensional specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprint specifications with training and support.
• Carefully document and communicate inspection results.
• Work closely with team members to help maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

You don't have to be an expert inspector on day one. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, curious, and willing to learn .

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior measuring or inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand basic blueprint specifications.
• Basic high-school level math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Comfort working with small, precision tools .
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual and mental focus.
• Ability to understand measurements and correctly read and use measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work history.
• High school diploma or GED preferred/required; candidates without a diploma or GED who have relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Solid employment history, including more than one year with a previous or recent employer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment and periodic drug screening.

You'll work in a manufacturing environment with generally good working conditions and some exposure to:

• Manufacturing machinery
• Noise
• Varying temperatures
• Industrial equipment and processes
