Preparation of specifications, research investigations, report. Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of technical work in portions of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope across multiple projects. Coordinate with the design team, consultants and authorities having jurisdiction. Track and monitor approvals from agencies, Additional Service Requests, and contract approvals. Ability to adjust site plans to meet requirements and provides recommendations for more effective layouts. Reviews entire project, including design done by others, prior to QA/QC review. Ability to effectively mentor, delegate, and lead Design Engineers. What will help you be successful: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years’ experience in project design (Land Development Design) Professional Engineers license, or EIT and actively working towards obtaining PE Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology modeling programs, and storm drainage programs. Excellent understanding of precise grading, utility plans and stormwater management.
