Customer Care Position Snapshot: Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Operations Supervisor Management Responsibilities: No Position Overview: As Customer Care, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our Operations Supervisor and an exceptionally talented Inside Business Development Team at our Operations Support Center in Miramar, FL. Your mission is to build strong, emotional connections with our customers, ensuring their loyalty through timely, reliable support and consistent communication. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks like pricing analysis, EDI reporting, and forecasting.
