Communication sits at the heart of that work - how clearly and effectively we reach our network directly shapes how well local leaders can engage and support Jewish students on campus. We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Project Manager to bring structure, strategy, and execution to everything we do in this space. Position Overview Are you a whiz at project management? Chabad on Campus International is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Project Manager to bring structure, strategy, and execution to a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives across our programs and events. Primary Responsibilities ● Lead, coordinate, and execute multiple interdepartmental projects with keen attention to detail, budgets, and deadlines. ● Work with the marketing team to scope each project, including outlining tasks, personnel, timeframes, and funding. ● Serve as the lead for collateral creation, overseeing graphic design, video production, and copy development for individual projects. ● Manage email marketing, broadcast groups, and WhatsApp announcements — including copyediting content, setting up campaigns, running A/B testing, and tracking analytics. ● Help consolidate a high volume of requests and updates into fewer, sharper, well-timed communications that our network actually opens, reads, and acts on. ● Support the development of a more funnel-based approach to audience engagement, helping guide different segments of our network toward deeper participation over time. ● Establish simple, honest metrics for whether communications are landing, and use that data to inform decisions.

• Manage multiple outsourced marketing and web teams
• Oversee COCI merchandise orders, including sourcing items from third-party vendors,

coordinating artwork, and placing orders. ● Help coordinate and develop new branding assets for the international network of local Chabad Houses, including coordinating with graphic design on design elements. Qualifications ● Minimum two years of experience in marketing project management, communications, or a related field. ● Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with a team to achieve multiple, complex projects within timelines and minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Sound judgment about tone, timing, and audience, with the instinct to bring

structure and strategy to ad-hoc processes.

• Strong collaboration, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with strong leadership and conflict-resolution ability.
• A general understanding of what's visually appealing, in order to approve materials
