Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00AM -2:00PM or 2:00PM - 10:00PM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $20+/hour

What You'll Do

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure food safety, product quality, and compliance with customer standards
• Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and lubrication of equipment
• Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, adjustments, and shutdown procedures
• Clear equipment jams and report malfunctions to supervisors
• Perform production changeovers, including line clearing, packaging setup, and coding adjustments
• Apply appropriate labels to packages and finished goods pallets
• Report quality concerns, safety hazards, and equipment issues to leadership
• Complete required production documentation, quality checks, and Critical Control Point (CCP) records
• Maintain accurate work logs, production data, and inventory records
• Monitor inventory and production levels to support efficient operations
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
• Participate in shift changeovers and team meetings
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly line production
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with limited supervision
